Test hĂŽtel sans accueil

Surpris de découvrir ce systÚme à la réservation et aussi en début de séjour, (sans personne à l'accueil) mais finalement tout c'est bien passé, chambre bien équipée et bien organisée pour les petits déjeuners. Boulangerie à proximité pour les croissants si besoin.

Je n’ai rien contre les hĂŽtels ‘automatisĂ©s’ ni qu’il n’y ait personne Ă  l’accueil mais j’aurais prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© le lire dans le descriptif plutĂŽt que de le dĂ©couvrir en arrivant sur place et devoir tĂ©lĂ©phoner pour avoir un code d’accĂšs. Idem pour la salle de sport et le spa
 ils existent peut ĂȘtre mais je ne les ai pas vu
 Question transparence ce n’est pas exemplaire Bref l’hĂŽtel n’est pas si mal mais le rapport qualitĂ© prix prestation ne me convient pas

Hotel 24h/24h

Pour le service, j ai mis une etoile puisqu'il n y en a pas. Dommage que le fait qu il n y ait pas de reception ne soit pas précisé avant la réservation. Petit déjeuné dans la chambre, préparé a l avance donc ne comptez pas sur les vienoiserie fraiche. En voyant le prix, on pense a qualité de service. Vous allez surement me repondre qu'il n y a pas assez de passage pour laisser une presence sur place, c est peut etre vrai mais il serait honnete de le preciser sur l annonce. Quand on fait la route, on est seul et on aime avoir un peu de contact. Si non, on choisirais un r bnb. Bref, je ne reviendrais pas.

Rapport qualité prix médiocre

C'est un hĂŽtel rachetĂ© au nouveau concept d'hĂŽtel automatisĂ© mais 1er problĂšme, on le dĂ©couvre sur le tas ; nous n'avons reçu aucune explication Ă  la rĂ©servation sur HĂŽtel.com ou Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. À votre arrivĂ©e, vous devez appeler un des 3 numĂ©ros sur la porte d'entrĂ©e et si vous arrivez Ă  joindre un interlocuteur (4 tentatives tout de mĂȘme) et que vous ne dĂ©rangez pas (je suis en rĂ©union, appelez un autre numĂ©ro 😒), on vous indique un code d'accĂšs et votre chambre. Vous dĂ©couvrez un hĂŽtel FANTÔME CĂŽtĂ© chambre, elle Ă©tait plutĂŽt grande et correcte ainsi que la SDB avec son agrĂ©able baignoire balneo malgrĂ© les joints noircis. MĂ©nage correct sans plus (ne regardez pas derriĂšre la baignoire). Borne Wifi trop Ă©loignĂ©e donc inutilisable. WC Ă  l'odeur chimique nausĂ©euse . CĂŽtĂ© petit dĂ©j, c'est uniquement en chambre, insipide 100% industriel en sous-marque dans un petit frigo avec pain sous plastique et mĂȘme pas 2 chaises pour manger Ă  une table qui est encombrĂ©e par le micro-ondes. Une prestation HONTEUSE. CĂŽtĂ© hĂŽtel, ils n'ont pas pris le temps de le mettre Ă  jour, on retrouve l'ancienne "marque" Logis un peu partout et c'est globalement assez bruyant la nuit avec la nationale mais l'emplacement est bon pour visiter avec parking privĂ©. En rĂ©sumĂ©, le rapport qualitĂ© prix est trĂšs mĂ©diocre (+ de 100euros la nuit) pour des prestations absentes ou pas Ă  la hauteur. On ne vient pas Ă  l'hĂŽtel pour croiser personne (surtout dans le Cantal), concept Ă  revoir TOTALEMENT.

Nice hotel but be prepared for late check in.

The hotel was comfortable and convenient, with friendly, helpful staff. My only disappointment was that the hotel was actually closed when we arrived at mid afternoon. I understood that check in was not until 4:30, but I wasn’t prepared for the hotel to actually be locked!

TrĂšs bon Ă©tablissement, excellente table

Un excellent accueil, et des chambres bien équipées. La décoration n'est pas de mon gout (mais c'est subjectif et cela ne nuit en rien à la qualité de l'établissement). La table est excellente, les menus copieux, avec des produits de qualité et extrémement bien cuisinés. Literie et équipement des chambres sont parfaits.

OK for short stay.

Hotel room is small but comfortable. Quite expensive for the facilities provided and not much activity in the local area. Only a brief stop over so it was adequate for this.
