Lovely views of the lagoon from the balcony, very relaxing. Beautiful room with 4 poster bed and comfy mattress and sheets. Optional coffee and pastries brought to room every morning at time of your choosing, great way to start day! Very close and convenient for boat taxi stop to all parts of Venice. Easy and quick to San Marco and Burano."
