"I went during The Roots Picnic and the hotel was hopping. The staff was polite, professional and quick to handle every need. The spaces are chic and have an uptown sophistication. I will warn that the walls are thin and your neighbors can hear you; pack headphones. I'd suggest getting coffee from Elixir Coffee and go to the rooftop for a proper morning sunrise."

"The room smelled like smoke when we came in and the bathrooms weren’t very clean. It would have been nice to have better pillows and more than just two. There wasn’t any extra towels or wash cloths and we had to buy toilet tissue because there wasn’t only one roll left, for both bathrooms. They both only had a quarter of a roll left when we checked in. The garbage can needs to be replaced it was broken and nasty around it and inside. Although the staff at the hotel were polite, they did not appear to fully understand or clearly explain the policies themselves. "The overall hotel is terrible. The rooms are extremely small and dirty. The hotel was highly overpriced because it was a festival and I really want a refund because the hotel was so disgusting. The employees were nice. There was one who was rude at night. The hotel needs severe renovations before ever ever ever charging someone $300 per night"

"Really great property in an excellent location near my favorite restaurants and a nice organic market. Room was clean, comfortable and nice finishes. Kitchen was great. I loved having plants in the unit too. Staff were also really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!"
