"Great rooftop, strong but noisy A/C, spacious. Needs renovations - ceiling na other paint peeling off, rough around the edges overall. Location is a bit deserted, not pleasant to walk around, borderline sketchy. Pricey considering those downsides."

"The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was nice each morning. The downside is the location. There is a rough part of Philadelphia and a nice part of town. The hotel is on the border between them. The parking is across Vine Ave which is a short walk and has in and out privileges, but at night, is a bit daunting."

"Mooi ruim en met een fantastich uitzicht en groot terras. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles was schoon behalve de vloer bij de keuken, dat was het enige minpintje. Goede bedden en parkeerplaats was makkelijk te reserveren."

"First the good stuff, it’s very clean and has friendly staff. However, for the price, it’s not worth it. The beds are extremely uncomfortable & older. We asked for no feather bedding/pillows due to allergies when we booked(2 months in advance & received a message confirming), when we checked in right at 3pm they advised us they didn’t have a room without feathers ready so we had to wait. They did give us a late check out for the trouble, but when we got to the room both beds had feather pillows....

"My experience started rough but quickly was cleared up. I appreciated the attention to where they needed to do better. They pivot and get tmit fixed. All the greeters out front are super nice and helpful."

"We stayed in a huge King suite, which included a separate bedroom and balcony. It was very comfortable and an excellent value. The most important asset of the hotel is location, location, location. Major tourist sites were easily accessible via walking and public transit, and the views from our balcony were spectacular."

"Good central location with excellent transport links. Close to lots of restaurants and bars and the main tourist attractions. The hotel staff were all very friendly. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and great shower. We were at the back of the hotel which was very quiet."

"great location, room was great, hallways and elevator area are a bit dated and dark. otherwise a great place to stay to get around Philly. stafff was great. did not try the restaurant or coffee shop. market street is at times a bit sketchy"
