"What I found uniquely was the structure the theme of the style the law house, spacious and different they were it gives you a sense and a little bit of vibe of New York laughs. It’s nice to feel a little rich for the day. I felt my day was very short and yes, I would like to come and visit again and have the same hotel room I had everything was at my disposal inconvenience which I like then again everyone is looking for different things so but overall, it was a really nice experience."

"I went during The Roots Picnic and the hotel was hopping. The staff was polite, professional and quick to handle every need. The spaces are chic and have an uptown sophistication. I will warn that the walls are thin and your neighbors can hear you; pack headphones. I'd suggest getting coffee from Elixir Coffee and go to the rooftop for a proper morning sunrise."

"The room smelled like smoke when we came in and the bathrooms weren’t very clean. It would have been nice to have better pillows and more than just two. There wasn’t any extra towels or wash cloths and we had to buy toilet tissue because there wasn’t only one roll left, for both bathrooms. They both only had a quarter of a roll left when we checked in. The garbage can needs to be replaced it was broken and nasty around it and inside. There wasn’t any also no paper towels and we had to purchase...

"Parking was very taxing. The staff parking were not pleasant and not helpful. Shower temperature was hard to adjust water temperature. Hard to get new towels. Needing to wait. The towels didn’t look clean and fresh. Front desk staff was awesome and most helpful!"

"We found a mice in the lobby, staff was notified. Room service lady wakes us up and enters our room at 9am (2 hours before check out), extremely unprofessional"

"Parking options are not too great. They do not have a dedicated parking garage and do not comp private parking fees. Unless you use the valet service (no idea where they actually park your car) then you’re own your own finding parking. None of this is disclosed on their website!"
