Right in the middle of Schwabing, excellent for a good selection of bars and restaurants, and for the S-Bahn. It's also an easy walk into Marienplatz

The hotel was on a side street that was tucked away, though it was just a block from a main bus/subway station. It was a hike to get to Marienplatz and other places but we chose to walk rather than take mass transit, which we could have easily gotten. It is a nice hotel, though. And with it being tucked away, it is very quiet, which allowed for a very restful night's sleep. I probably wouldn't stay here again because I would want to be near the action but if you want somewhere quiet, it would be a place I would recommend.
