Das Familienzimmer ist sehr wertig und wirklich schön. Leider waren wir Anfang Februar da und die Klimaanlage hat es nicht geschafft, das Zimmer annähernd aufzuwärmen. Für die erste Nacht haben wir dann weitere Decken bekommen, am zweiten Tag wurden uns dann zwei Elektroheizungen ins Zimmer gestellt und wir haben eine schriftliche Entschuldigung erhalten. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fußläufig gab es genug kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeiten.

Room felt like a hostile and bed was very uncomfortable meals were expensive and really gross, and staff did not offer good service. The parking garage was awful and leaving the garage required some odd token to get at the front desk. They never told me about this and I almost missed my flight early morning figuring it all out. Spend whatever extra money it is to stay at the Hilton in the airport.

This was a great airport hotel, just what we needed for our last night in Munich. Not a lot of dining options close by, although there is a very good Italian restaurant just a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Breakfast offered at hotel for 19Euro, also Macdonald’s just around the corner. Reliable shuttle service(for a fee).

Carpet in hallways is well worn. Rooms are very nice. Bar was not open on one night(a Thursday as I recall) and not sure why. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Access to S-bahn was about at 12 min walk so very easy.
