"The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very good with a large variety of items. The interior is aesthetically pleasing, especially the dining area is very beautiful. The setting is wonderful with a lot of green and the Teltow Kanal right along the property. Listening to the birds outside through the open window in the morning was wonderful! Otherwise, the room was very quiet with only a few sounds coming from outside the door during my stay. To my surprise there was a massage chair...

"Was a good hotel, with nice bar/restaurant, but unfortunately the air con wasn’t working and heard from other guests it was an ongoing issue which made the night I stayed incredibly uncomfortable given the heat"

"AC didn’t work, night 1 was terrible as it was way too warm. Had the window fully opened for night 2 and it wasnt so bad. In the staffs defence we never informed them, but they were super helpful and friendly for all our interactions. Overall it was fine"

"This is a truly first rate hotel at a price that is lower than I would have expected in a major city. Rooms were large and luxurious, with a walk in closet as well as another closet. The balcony looked out on the city, and was a very nice touch. Staff were very helpful, and spoke excellent English. Breakfast was everything you would expect from a Michelin ** restaurant, including that it was pricey, but well worth it. "Wonderful hotel in the best area of Berlin for seeing all the sights. Room was very comfortable . Restaurant was fantastic , breakfast was great and dining outside along the river was lovely. We enjoyed a lovely meal one evening followed by incredible dessert!! We loved it!"

"Very nice and clean, no noise either. Only issue is the lift in the building was strange and bit tricky to navigate. Other then that, no real complaints, slept well and very much enjoyed our stay."

"Das Zimmer hatte fast alles, was man brauchte. Ein zusätzlicher Stuhl wäre nett gewesen. Außerdem war unsere dusche vom Zimmer aus einsehbar, das Waschbecken war im Zimmer, die Toilette war nicht einsehbar und mit Tür versehen. Leider hat es in dem "Zimmer" der Toilette wirklich sehr sehr stark nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen, was sehr unangenehm war. Wenn die Klimaanlage lief, hat es den Zigarettengeruch im Zimmer verteilt.
