"The hotel has a privileged location, right in the heart of the city. The rooms are a great size, especially for a hotel in a European city center. The rooftop is excellent — the food and drinks manager, Mr. Nicola, is very professional and eager to address and apologize for any potential inconvenience, which was a really pleasant surprise. "Perfect location steps from Ponte Vecchio so very easy to walk to all the sights (uber/taxis take longer to go places in Florence). It’s an old palazzo that has been converted so lots of stone steps and very quirky dining hall for breakfast and viewing tower. Our room had everything you need and great aircon. Very pleasant staff everywhere. "
