"Lever to close and open sink stopper was missing, so unable to clean and rinse contacts without putting toilet paper (no tissues in room) over drain in sink. Not the best move. Screws loose holding brackets for door locks."

"Restaurant has improved tremendously but breakfasts are now horrible: fake eggs, cold potatoes, and terrible coffee. And front desk is horrible. We requested late check out a day before, they told us to check back in next day. Had us call back 3 times checking back in the next day to ultimately be told they had let others check out late and we would have to pay 25 dollars for an extra hour. Why couldn't they have told us that the day before, if that was in fact the case. We also went down in person during breakfast to talk to front desk, waited a few minutes and no one ever came. We will not be going back."

"The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The room was well decorated with a large bathroom. The only negative was that some of the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful - a little unusual for a casino. "
