"The hotel is in poor condition. Some areas were being renovated while we were there but this was very disruptive and the mess was not cleared up promptly. Breakfast is in a dingy basement and did not look good - despite it being included in the room rate we did not eat it. The room was spacious but didn't feel particularly clean. While the bed sheets were clean you could see stains from the mattress and pillows through them. The toilet was in the shower so was soaked every time we showered. There were holes in the walls/ceiling - just felt very run down. The air conditioning was good. We were told to keep the curtains closed as the hotel exterior was being painted. This was unpleasant. The rooftop bar, cafe and restaurant were all nice areas - I can't comment on the food but we had pleasant drinks there. The area is great - the location of the hotel is its best feature. The staff were brilliant - friendly, polite and attentive. "

"The room was very clean and all the staffs were absolutely wonderful including Kapil, Nagesh, Tambe and all the housekeeping team. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Imran and Guneet are wonderful hosts and the decor was done beautifully by Guneet. The place is a little gem in Dadar and it is very hard to find such a place anywhere else. Would absolutely love to come back in future."

"The lady at Check in was terrible 😢 and rude. The worst part was when I was going out for coffee and gave her the room keys, her reaction are you checking out. I said NO, will be back. Then she repeatedly called to know if I have checked out and will come back. I did call her back and let her know that now I am definitely not coming back. The rooms were ok. But nothing GOOD. Thank you !!"
