"The room was very clean and all the staffs were absolutely wonderful including Kapil, Nagesh, Tambe and all the housekeeping team. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Imran and Guneet are wonderful hosts and the decor was done beautifully by Guneet. The place is a little gem in Dadar and it is very hard to find such a place anywhere else. Would absolutely love to come back in future."

"The property is located nicely in the heart of Bandra West with easy access to local restaurants and shops. The staff are excellent and the rooms are comfortable. My only issue is air quality which may be nothing the hotel can control given Mumbai's pollution. I would recommend this hotel."

Rajan and Kajal were prompt and responsive, taking great care of all our in-room needs. The cleanliness throughout the property was outstanding. Vinit, the housekeeping manager, deserves particular appreciation—he was just as impressive during our previous stay as well, consistently maintaining high standards. "The lady at Check in was terrible 😢 and rude. The worst part was when I was going out for coffee and gave her the room keys, her reaction are you checking out. I said NO, will be back. Then she repeatedly called to know if I have checked out and will come back. I did call her back and let her know that now I am definitely not coming back. The rooms were ok. But nothing GOOD. Thank you !!"

"Terrible. We were booked to outdated rooms while our friends had the newly renovated suites which were way nicer. Room had a strong stench of paint that could not be aired out. The hotel was undergoing renovations way outside the communicated hours both in the morning and evening. I would recommend this hotel once the renovations have been completed, not before. Hotel management not accommodating given the inconvenience experienced."
