"Havia deixado uma solicitação, não foi atendida. Na chegada, poucas informações, se quer um cadastro dos hóspedes foi feito. O estacionamento não é bem sinalizado. A banheira não estava limpa. Mas, o pior foi a experiência com o café da manhã, onde faltavam mais de 1h30 para terminar e já estavam faltando diversos itens, sendo que vários hóspedes chegaram após e constatarmos a falta de reposição. "

Pesquisamos pela localização, a ideia era ficar 2 dias para descanso, porém após vermos avaliações sobre o hotel pensamos em desistir, mas reduzimos para um dia. O hotel é bem grande, porém está muita negligenciada a manutenção, local que poderia ser incrível foi largado, tem um potencial enorme. "The hotel is new, so all is in prefect condition, reception team speaks English, very friendly, so no problem to address any questions/concerns. Restaurant is great with high quality food and unique dish options. The only wish - it would be good to have dishes from the restaurant as part of room service, the menu for room service is different and not that impressive. "

"Our stay started off very badly when we arrived around 11pm and the face recognition did not work to allow us entry. It took us an hour to sort out, trying to get help from the whatsapp helpline. The doorman did not speak English, and I tried using google translate to translate what i was saying into Portuguese, but he refused to do the same back. The person on the whatsapp helpline would not speak to him on my behalf either. For this reason I would avoir staying here again. Inside the apartment...
