Giant room, pleasant staff and pretty decent breakfast. Expedia has this as a 4-star hotel but I don’t agree. Sheets and towels could be much better, as well as providing extra pillows rather than just one per bed. Bathroom had a bit of a smell but it was good as well.

When asking for more pillows we were told one pillow per person. When we mentioned that we were having guests the next day they told us we could only have guests for 30 minutes but they could use common areas in the hotel. ?????Breakfast was weak, but included in the price.

Não sei se o prédio e as instalações do hotel são novos, mas estão super bem conservados. Bem pertinho do centro da cidade, fácil de encontrar, estacionamento ao lado, de tamanho razoável (R$28/noite, cobrados a parte), mas acho facil parar no entorno sem pagamento extra. Check in rápido e sem problemas. Nao me cobraram extra algum no check-out tampouco, ótimo. Fiquei no apto triplo 1102 - um quarto grande, piso de madeira laminada (vinilico?), com closet, sala com sofá e uma pequena mesa de jantar. Todos móveis em ótimo estado, parecem novos, roupas de cama e banho excelentes. Chuveiro bom. Cortinas com black-out, sem vazamento de luz. Café da manhã muito bom (nao é um hotel cinco estrelas, mas pra mim foi excelente). Internet fácil (mas não é das mais rápidas). Estamos indo de SP para RS, paramos por uma noite, mas já agendamos duas noites no caminho de volta para SP.

Ano passado, em julho, fiquei nesse hotel com duas amigas, professoras universitárias, por indicação da comissão do evento que participamos na UFPR. As instalações estavam ótimas, quarto grande, café muito bom. Esse ano me hospedei com uma amiga (mesmo localizado distante do show que iríamos) devido a boa experiência passada. Passei bastante vergonha, minha amiga leciona em cursos de hotelaria. No dia da chegada ela teve uma crise alérgica. O colchão dela era velho, estava muito rasgado e cheio de fungos. O lençol era pequeno para cobrir o colchão. Na manhã seguinte pedimos para trocar de quarto. Os colchões do novo quarto eram velhos e amarelados, mas um pouco melhores que o anterior. As toalhas de banho eram surradas, encardidas, mesmo as de reposição. Só trocaram por toalhas brancas e macias no terceiro dia após reclamação. Informaram que foi um engano após minha amiga reclamar que, pelos rasgos, deveriam ser toalhas destinadas aos pets dos hóspedes. Em horário de pico há congestionamento no único elevador. Ficamos analisando que fatores poderiam explicar tamanha falta de cuidado com os clientes e com o serviço prestado. Experiência ruim, NÃO me hospedarei nesse hotel novamente.

Muita coisa boa nessa estadia. Recomendo duas melhorias apenas: Tv muito pequena, com sintonia deficiente e um som muito ruim do aparelho. Outra coisa é que o sinal de wi-fi não se manteve estável. Existe a cortina blackout, porém as frestas laterais anulam um pouco esse efeito.
