"Clean room , staff friendly extremely helpful , price was Great, provide us with a light breakfast . The area was a bit different than what I expected .But the hotel stay was satisfactory .Have nothing bad to say . The stuff made us feel very welcomed ."

"Really lovley area, check-in was easy and Jay was nice enought to let us drop our bags early so we could explore newastle. Of note, due to train strikes 2 of our trains were canceled or skipped the Cramlington stops so keep an eye on that if you make any appointments that rely on public transport."

"Overall everything was good, our only issue was after being there for a few days we noticed the toaster was full of crumbs, obviously not been emptied for quite some time, and the oven tray had not been cleaned after it had been used. We hadn’t met the owner, so decided it was easier just to clean them both before using them. On the hole, everything else was excellent.
