"Had a two night stay booked on short notice. In general met our expectations. Obviously a small heaven for families with younger kids. Had no time to visit or use any of the amenities so cannot say really anything about them "

"We had a ground room with no kitchen or balcony. It was a bit noisy with people outside an stomping on the floor above. Bed was comfortable. 👍 Ps it would have been nice to have hot chocolate as an option for a hot drink but there was only tea and instant coffee."

"DELUXE room paid for not allocated. Staff lied about the villa we were allocated, apparently deluxe villas are only available if club Wyndham members haven’t taken up them up. Customers not told the truth about at time of booking. Deceitful practice!!"
