"Booked this hotel very last minute, due to another Hotel/Hostel (RS Hotel Leeds) informing us our booking had been cancelled even though we had all confirmation details and was still active....all this when you're checking in at 4pm to head to a concert at Leeds for 7pm start.
In panic on Sat afternoon needed a hotel in the centre and found Quebec on Expedia, just round the corner from where we were. Booked and walked to the hotel, even before they had confirmation of the booking.
Staff allowed us to wait in bar area whilst the confirmation came through, and then upgraded the room for us, just what we needed after stress from RS Hotels.
Can't fault the hotel, the staff or the area - location is perfect. Thanks Quebec you rescued our weekend in Leeds."
