"Unfortunately, the property did not meet reasonable cleanliness or maintenance standards. On arrival, the oven and hob were visibly dirty with grease and residue, and the kitchen overall did not appear to have been properly cleaned. There was no bin provided anywhere in the property, only loose bin bags left for guests to manage waste themselves. The bathroom showed visible mould around the shower area. "We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and in an excellent location. The kitchen and living area were both well-equipped and comfortable, making it a great place to relax. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. One small suggestion for improvement: the laundry took quite a while to complete a cycle, so providing a few additional instructions for using the washer and dryer would be helpful for future guests."

Best Western Stoke on Trent City Centre Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"We only stayed one night and were very impressed there is a big carpark next the hotel at £7.50 for 24hours and iti does have a lift Room's were spaceis and comfy."

Hilton Garden Inn Stoke on Trent

8/10 Good

"You store plates, mugs and cups under the counter at breakfast. The counter and breakfast "pickings" are in a narrow walk through. It is not obvious to people walking in where the glasses, plates mugs are stored, especially in busy times, where you had not refreshed with clean crockery. If your counter was positioned away from the narrow alley then it would be obvious on you approach."
