"A comfortable hotel thats very central we stayed because its location to the Savoy Theatre. Staff are very friendly . The rooms are not over spacious but clean and comfy. Breakfast is first come first served so there can be a wait but the food quality good."

"The Hoppa bus is useless. It only runs every half hour, and when we tried to catch it, we gave up after it was over 10 minutes late. We ended up taking a cab from the airport."

"The staff at this hotel was so friendly and helpful. They let us check in early and check out late to meet our flight needs. The hotel is undergoing renovations and will be amazing when they finish. Despite the current construction, the staff made the stay worth it. I also love this location in London. Nearby tube access makes any siteseeing close, but this neighborhood is quiet and chill. "
