"Air Conditioning was Excellent 1-Queen bed made extremely loud annoying noises each time you moved TV in Room 120 has lines on mot of it's Channels No on-site laundry facility to was your items from the beaches. This older Caucasian lady who wore glasses working the front desk (7- 11p) was rude."

"Overall I would absolutely stay here again, but here are some things to note. I opted for the 3 bed room because it was obviously larger. In pictures, the room I chose had a full size stove but the room actually had a 2 burner countertop area, medium sized fridge, kitchen size sink. The issue is that the amenity of a stove is offered, yet there are no pots/pans/flatware/plates/bowls/etc. I would have never expected to choose a room with a stove but bring my own pots & pans; maybe I should have. We were able to bring our dog for $10 a day and that is the most valuable piece for me. They have a small area for animals to potty with bags available to clean up after your dog, yet still people are lazy and don’t; so beware of that. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The gentleman that checked us in was an absolute GEM of a human. He was very kind and helpful, especially when our DoorDash didn’t bring flatware. I believe the owner was the one to help me with replacement of the parking pass. He was 100/10 as well. Overall it was great for what we needed, we would stay again without hesitation, and simply bring the items needed to stay in and cook."

"My husband & I booked 2 King Corner Rooms w/ balconies & river views for our courthouse wedding day. My parents had traveled from out of town, & I specifically chose this hotel because of its location & the riverfront views. We wanted something special to celebrate the occasion. Earlier in the day, we finished our ceremony ahead of schedule & called to ask about an early check-in. The front desk told us our rooms were not ready but offered a room with a historic view instead. I specifically asked whether, if we waited until regular check-in time, we would still receive the 2 King Corner Rooms w/ balconies & river views that we had reserved. I was told yes, so we decided to wait. When we arrived around 4:30 PM, only one room matched our reservation. The 2nd room was a historic-view room. While staff noted that there was a view of the battleship from one side of the room, the balcony overlooked rooftops, HVAC equipment, & a parking area rather than the river. Since the river-view balcony was the primary reason I selected & paid for these rooms, this was extremely disappointing. The hotel did refund $90 for the difference in room category, which I appreciated. However, the refund did not change the fact that we did not receive the rooms we had reserved. I also found the overall value underwhelming. At roughly $350 per room, amenities were minimal. The coffee bar was an additional charge, each room included only one complimentary bottle of water & bedding/ pillows felt cheap."
