"The staff was very helpful and friendly. I have a few complaints, some of which cannot be controlled, but it's good to be aware of. The first being right by our room, the ceiling was completely exposed and I felt very uncomfortable when walking under. One day they were doing maintenance during our stay and an Aerosol can set off the fire alarm which didn't turn off for at least 10 minutes. The second was centipedes in our room on the blinds. It didn't mind me and my friend too much, but again, just something to note. The third, the walls are EXTREMELY thin. You can hear every little sound in the hallway and outside which makes it hard to sleep in the morning. The rooms were fine, they definitely haven't been deep cleaned in quite some time, and they have had their fair share of the "landlord treatment". Overall, you get what you pay for. It served the purpose we needed it for, but just lower your expectations when staying here. It is conveniently located by many shops and restaurants, and only 14 minutes from the beach. It's a place I see myself returning to if I'm on a tight budget."

"Our tv didn’t work or our air conditioner. Frustrating to be charged more than we should have been! I even called before we came and they never admitted the $75. Charge for pets. Terrible policy!"
