"Very nice, spacious and clean apartments in the middle of everything. Trains are 5 minutes from your doorsteps. We were welcome by Christian, who was very helpful and prompt. Our flight arrived early morning, and had to store our luggage in the storage locker, right behind the building. Christian let us know that our apartment was ready early and we could check in early if we wanted to. Thank you for a great stay!"

The room is pleasantly decorated and impeccable! Very safe place that would recommend to anyone including inexperienced travelers. Last but not least, very affordable for such a great neighbourhood!"

"Very well located. Rooms are kind of small, but in very good condition. Right in the heart of Plaza Mayor. If you're driving getting to this location can be tricky due to heavy traffic and narrow streets. "

"Modern, clean, comfortable apartment. Just as it looks in the photos. Having a human being to talk to on reception at all times of the day is a huge plus. We loved the calm of the local area - very near plaza de España, the royal palace, cathedral and Gran Via. One small request - could the apartment please have a full length mirror installed somewhere so that guests can see what their chosen outfit actually looks like before stepping out? "

"The hotel is small but they make the most of their space. It was clean, the staff was excellent and with the exception of very small windows, we have not complaints. Perhaps more important was how they responded when we needed something or something wasn’t quite right. They were superstars! There are plenty of good shops and sights nearby. Not truly central city, but a location we really enjoyed. We recommend The Francisco!"

"This is a really wonderful hotel! I had a wonderful 8 night stay in April, thank you! I was given a very nice upgrade to the top floor terrace room, thanks so much, it made my Madrid trip very memorable! Its the best located hotel for the theatres on Gran Via. It feels very safe with tight security and the staff are very nice. The room was very comfortable, luxurious and large, and the terrace was a big bonus. Will definitely be back! "

"I’ll start with the staff. They were very attentive and available when needed. Next, the location. The property is situated with a few steps from the Gran Via by the Plaza de Callao. This is the social hub. And while there is activity past midnight all night, in the room, it was total silence. Next the Property itself. It was clean. The bathroom modern, the bed comfortable, and with the grocery one block away, we were able to have snacks and breakfast in the room before heading out. "
