"Breakfast included until 10 am. Got there 8am, they were already out. Asked them to give us money for breakfast elsewhere. They just said you have to talk to Expedia. Expedia does not talk to customers."

"It was a nice stay until someone walked in our room a little after 11pm. She was assigned our room as well. There's only 21 rooms so not sure why there was a mixup. Didn't sleep well all night. Also, if your air conditioner/ heater isn't running all night, you will hear the constant trains, so bring ear plugs. But room was very clean."

"The hotel check in and out was easy. The breakfast was fine. The bed was very comfortable. My only minor complaint was the shower floor was dirty when we arrived. I had to clean it with a wash rag. I mentioned this to the front desk when I checked out. Other than that, everything was fine."

"Breakfast was great if you show up at 7am. Once the eggs and batter for the waffles is gone, youre out of luck. Front staff wont make a new batch. My pet peeve is I stayed here cause it was pet friendly. I reserved and paid for the suite. And was told that animals are NOT allowed in the suites upon arrival. But because I prepaid there was nothing they could do about my price rate and I had to down grade to a normal room at the price of a suite. That is what bothered me. The normal rooms ( 2 queens size beds ) say it sleeps 4, but only leave enough towels for 3 people. "
