"Quite surprised of how clean the rooms were. When I first entered the parking area I thought it wss gonna be another dump. The owner/clerk told me he would refund me even though the internet said no refunds if I didn't like the condition of the room Well, I slept great. Beds were comfy, showers clean. It wad great."

"The young man who checked us in was very professional and helpful. Our room was clean, though the bathtub barely drained, and there appeared to be blood on the back of the bathroom door. On the morning of our departure, the young lady setting up the continental breakfast was not having her best day. She was actually throwing a fit to the dismay of many guests observing. She gave a very unfortunate display rage as she eventually threw each of the stacked chairs off of the tables. If she were my employee, that would have been her last day in a role seen by customers. I would have put her on the cleaning crew or dismissed her altogether."

"The bed was nice and comfy, and the front desk lady that checked me in was very nice and helpful. No air conditioner on in the lobby and it was very warm, only continental breakfast even though it was indicated as full breakfast on Expedia, no elevators, couldn’t adjust fridge temp because knob broken."

"I came to the area because we had a big hike planned early the next morning. I chose this hotel just for the breakfast and paid way more per night than other hotels in the area but it was supposed to have a big hearty breakfast so to me it was worth the extra money. When we got up to eat before we left, there was no hot breakfast aside from some gravy. It wasn't that I got there late and they ran out, they just didn't have any. I ate a packet of oatmeal and my daughter had cereal. When I talked to the front desk, they were not helpful and didn't offer anything to make up for it at all. Just shrugged and said he didn't know what happened. I'm not really one to write bad reviews but it wasn't a good experience at all."
