"I've stayed at this resort 3 times. I love that it's very close to Disney Springs. The staff is so helpful and warm. The rooms are decent. Those with the outside entry are ok, but not as nice as the rooms with the interior entry. The only downside is that the park shuttle runs only every hour on the hour, and the return schedule isn't readily available."
