"Several problems with our room took a long time to get fixed. The maid service was not good"

"My stay here was average due the fact that the air con was not working my entire stay (1 week) but it was on the cooler side so I was able to open the window for air flow. Another thing that made my stay average was nearing to the end my room key kept locking me out of my room, and when I went to reception it was like my name disappeared out of the system because they had my name attached to another room that I was not staying in, lastly on my last night they had reassigned my room to another guest and while asleep the guest tried gaining access to my room, luckily I had another added layer of protection on the door they could not enter. All and all the property is clean, staff was friendly and welcoming and the property is a bout a 10 minute walk to the train station ."

"Bed was comfortable, shower was hot and great pressure. There is no A/C! Rooms are extremely hot and uncomfortable. You need to bring a fan or 2 and and open the window just to make it bearable. I would stay here again just because is the A/C situation. "

"Good hotel and friendly staff. Breakfast was very good. Good location but the hotel need a refurbish because it's very old. That a shame because otherwise it will be 5 stars for sure."
