"This is a working winery and while the apartments are somewhat rustic and without air conditioning they provided much of the charm and experience that we were looking for during our stay in Tuscany. "Absolutely phenomenal staff. Hotel is beautiful with a smell of rose petals and jasmine. Facilities and rooms are clean and comfortable. My recommendations: Work on the Spa. Much can be improved to make this place a superb villa. The pool side needs some attention. Gym and spa hours are limiting to be an outstanding spa. I would extend the hours to 10pm.
