"Place looks nice and very Tuscany style. It has beautiful pool, building and garden. We arrived around 10 PM and host helped us check in very quickly. However the stay is not ideal. Firstly our room has a strong toilet/water sink odor, making us feel headache, and we have to keep window open and wear mask all night long. Secondly there is no bath towels. "The hotel is in a great location very close to restaurants. Our air conditioner was not working for the first week of our stay even though Pietro insisted it was working. Natalia the other host is great and went out of her way to help us. Room was supposedly sound proof. While it did impede some of the noise we could still hear people walking by especially late into the early morning hours. "

"Pictures cannot do this property justice. Breathtaking vistas on a serene property with excellent pool and restaurant onsite. Breakfast offering was superb and location was convenient to other popular sightseeing spots in Tuscany. Could not recommend this place enough."

"This was an excellent stay . The property is very well maintained . Is a complete one bedroom apartment with kitchen , living room and from yard .
