Staff helpful but not responding to earlier messages via chat or unable to reach hotel via Watsup. Very sweet breakfast, mostly some cakes, rather very basic like for Europe. Excellent if you need to park your car and outside the limited traffic zone. Easy walk to all major attractions. Rooms are very small, perfect for solo traveler, very clean.

The hotel was located in a good place for the station and the town. The breakfast buffet was very good. The hotel is clean and comfortable however we felt it was a little dated but that really is the only negative. We lived out visit to Siena and the hotel served its purpose for a place to sleep and have breakfast.

We would first like to thank Alessandra at the front desk she was so friendly, knowledgeable, informative, friendly, she helped us soo much! The hotel is great, clean, rooms decent size , bathroom is average size , the room and bathroom clean, and the staff was so great and friendly. Great location close to everything, and well maintained. They offered underground parking $20 night, no outside parking. The breakfast was great and the staff so friendly. Great outside area for sitting and breakfast.we had a balcony with amazing views.

Well hotel is well located and Sofia at front desk was very helpful . Room with a large terrace facing old town gives a good view . Besides the large terrace room size is very limited and bed was not heavenly . Breakfast was very simple .

Property was clean a tidy, was a little dated but still nice, view over Siena from the terrace was stunning. Staff were helpful and friendly giving us a map and guide of places of interest in the town. Included breakfast had great options and car park was convenient and safe.
