"Would have given more stars, everything was great except for two areas. First, the food is very basic, but we had heard that and there is great dining nearby. However, we were there for two nights and NEVER received maid service, even after going to the office (across the street btw) THREE times and repeatedly being promised service. Also, parking is very limited. Great location and cute property. "

"We checked in at 3PM. We were given our keys but when we entered, the room was unclean. The towels were dirty & on the floor, the bed was slept in. There were half eaten yogurt and coffee cups laying about. We waited in the lobby over an hour past check in waiting for someone to be available to clean the room. "Pros: beautiful hotel! -fancy -close to the beach -great staff service -yummy restaurant on site (overpriced but it was still delicious) -very clean -the heated floors in the bathroom are 10/10 Cons: bugs in room. -We found a couple spiders, one on the bed and a few just in the room. -the bed is very firm. I have a Temperpedic so I’m used to a softer bed and my back really hurt. -The pillows are awful, flat and uncomfortable. For such an expensive hotel, I think the bedding is lacking big...

"This was an adorable hotel and I was really looking forward to my stay... the location was great room was clean. What made this a terrible experience was that at 4am my dog needed to go outside, as I went out I grabbed my phone and the room key. When we came back to the room the key wasn't working and the emergency number was never answered nor did anyone answer the text. I called repeatedly, after an hour I even called the police who had another number that was NEVER answered. I was locked out...
