Hotel berdekatan Montecasino

"Do not stay here. Hot and noisy AC in every room. The worse sleep in years. Booked a Deluxe room and was given a Superior room without being told why I’d been downgraded. Mistake by the reception team is what I was told. All rooms in the hotel have an AC issue. Management, reception and maintenance all acknowledged this. Even when the AC is not running there’s a constant water cycling noise over 50dB. The fix? Turn off the AC. But in over 30deg heat that’ll give you the worst night’s sleep...

"Fantastic property with very friendly staff and super amenities. The breakfast in the morning was also great, really enjoyed my stay."

"The staff are wonderful here. The grounds are well maintained and quite beautiful. The jacarandas were in bloom as well. I was travelling in Johannesburg on my own and had excursions booked throughout my short stay, but when one failed to turn up, the lady on the travel desk was quickly able to book something else for me for the same day. The food on site was amazing beware the huge portions from the courtyard menu. Great breakfast buffet too. This hotel has great facilities available but...

"Beautiful property on a safe and quiet neighborhood. The breakfast was beyond amazing and the owner was very helpful and accommodating. God Bless her!"

"CAUTION!!!!! Most horrendous accommodation I have EVER stayed at So many issues, and the manager didn't even want to take our call, left it up to front of house to try resolve Both bathrooms toilet seats were broken, aircons didn't work, sleeper couch broken can't sleep on it, hair everywhere, couldn't walk around without shoes on. 2 towels available for 5 people, nowhere does it mention the property is right on Witkoppen so very noisy. The list goes on....... Would never return"
