Very quiet in the hotel, and has the hospitality with plenty of staff to help. Dinner at "Chief's Boma" was great, and breakfast was also great. And it was very convenient that we can ride to front of our room.

The rooms are in need of upgrade. Mattress very hard and uncomfortable. One of the basins in the bathroom was clogged . No shampoo and only one bath towel in room. Not what one would expect from a conference venue. Service from staff was excellent.

Nice enough hotel though the room needs a bit of updating - carpet is grubby and shower door did not seal properly. Otherwise is nice enough for a business trip

Food was of poor quality. Hair in the steak sauce. The gym is a complete joke. The hotel should remove that from the amenities list. Hotel is old and tired. Curtains in room cannot close fully.

1 the room was not ready when we hot there 2 my mom had to clim stairs and she had back problems 3 there was hardly water 4 the aircon made such a noice we coundt sleep 5the breakfast was so cold you just left it 6 next day hardly wart and NO HOT water I am shocked for what we had to pay and had to receive this

Das Hotel ist riesig. Für Kongresse und Veranstaltungen schön. Tolle Anlage, mit Park, Teich, usw. Aber übernachtet woanders! 2 Mal Zimmer getauscht, weil Toiletten defekt. Zimmer sind alt und wohl ewig nicht renoviert. Mit weißen Socken über den Teppich des gerade bezogenen Zimmers gelaufen und die weißen Socken waren an der Sohle braun ….
