"On the Day of Checkin I was tyring to get an upgrade which I wanted to pay for - It took more than an hour to make anyone understand that I could not do that via the website. The internal fans were not working , Lots of insects , the garden was overgrown by weeds. "

We were moved to a flat in a closed, ugly, complex and I found out only because I realised the pictures the owner (or whoever Billy, the person I was exchanging whatsups with is) did not correspond to the guesthouse advertised. Billy did not ask me if it was OK to be moved to another accommodation and only when I asked him what was going...
