"The staff was amazing. The receptionist Ikaram welcomed us with a cup of tea and invited us to wait in the garden. It was impressive to see how attentive she was with us while multitasking and helping other guests at the same time. She was so kind and responsive! The riad is in a great location — just a few minutes’ walk from the Blue Gate of the Medina. The area feels safe and quiet. The room was spacious, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. Totally recommended! "

"We stayed 4 nights at this Riad and it was one of the best Riad we stayed in Morocco. The style was very vintage with modern facilities and the location is great. It is just outside the Medina and close to a street so it is easy to catch Taxis or transfers without carrying or pushing your bags through the middle of the Medina. "This Riad was beautiful and we were taken aback by the stunning hand carved doors and architecture. The staff, location, and rooms were all fantastic and we would definitely stay here again."

"Experience was fantastic. Clean, comfortable, great staff, delicious breakfast. Only issue is people will try to direct you into parking spots or garages. Your vehicle will be safe but its a hustle for money. There is a garage right next to the hotel that is less money. If I'm in Fes again I will definitely be coming back. "

"Riad meraviglioso! Una vera oasi di pace e bellezza a due passi dalla Medina di Fes. Accoglienza e gentilezza superlative che ti fanno gustare il vero spirito del Marocco. Colazione abbondante e cena a base di prodotti locali serviti nella bel patio. Camere spaziose e curate nei dettagli. L’unica cosa che andrebbe rivista sono i bagni non più attuali e poco funzionanti. Nel complesso è stata un’esperienza più che positiva e indimenticabile. Consigliatissimo! "

"Excellent service especially with Mohammed. He personally took us to the nearby restaurant area and gave us warning to avoid falling victims to scammers. He came to pick us up from the restaurant after dinner. He always welcomed us with a big smile and quickly responded to our requests. The Riad is beautiful with luxurious towels, slippers and bathrobes."
