"My family’s stay at this Riad was beyond memorable.All the 4 of us loved every detail of the Riad .The staff couldn’t be more professional or nicer and to name a couple Anwar and Aya .The location was perfect allowing us to access the Old Town as well as the rest .The decoration was breathtakingly beautiful and authentic .We were upgraded to an amazing room on the roof top .Breakfast, the bar , the dining were all excellent .Would highly recommend it to everyone visiting Fez."

"The help we received from our host Sama was outstanding. She worked hard to meet all of our requests and needs. She did an excellent job! Hamid - our daily waiter/bellman - was always on top of things and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for more. Sama set up a day guide - Abdul - that was masterful and informative. Sama also set up a driver - Ibrahim - that was outstanding and kept us safe on a 7 hour day trip drive."

"The Riad is absolutely beautiful, Masha’Allah! Aesthetically stunning and filled with antiques that reflect deep pride and love for Moroccan culture. It’s one of the most tastefully decorated Riads we’ve stayed in and truly captures the charm of Morocco. One of the main reasons for staying at a Riad is to experience Moroccan hospitality, and overall, this place delivered beautifully. The lady at check-in was very sweet and communicated well from the time we booked, but I didn’t appreciate her...

"Riad is in a great location, just outside the Medina. The complex is beautiful and well maintained with good facilities. The room was spacious and well equipped and the breakfast and dinner were tasty. My only complaint is that the mattress was VERY firm, but it seems like this is common in Morocco. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again."

"The Riad Jamaï is a peaceful and beautiful place to rest, disconnect and enjoy the city. It’s no near to the Medina, but is easy and cheap take a taxi. The staff is helpful and kind. We dinner at the hotel and the food are so good The pool is small but it’s fantastic to refresh in his wonderful patio. We recommend be a guest at this Riad."

"A beautiful 16th Century Fes Palace. We had a comfortable room on the ground floor just off the central courtyard. Roof terrace with commanding views of the city. Very helpful manager and staff. Good Moroccan breakfast and dinner available. "
