"Wow! What a luxurious stay at Riad Alassala Fes. Just absolutely fantastic. The staff was so nice, ever prompt and so nice to talk to, I don’t have enough good words to say about them. "This is an older hotel without any modern amenities. The rooms has physical turn keys to enter the room which was quite tedious to open on each occasion. Nothing fancy, linens and rooms were clean, Friendly staff and good location. Breakfast buffet was included and had a fews options, omelettes made to order, pastries, soup and a variety of pastries. Must mention the rooms had a slight sewage smell when using the water which would disappear after some time, I was advised this is common...

"The breakfast nwas only served starting at 9am. So if you have any activities planned, you will surely miss it - which seems to be the reason it is at 9am.
The place was well located at the entrabce of the medina, but the problem is that there was no staff on hand. Ever.
When we got there, tired from our travels, the door was locked and no one to answer it. A tenant had to come down to open it for us and then fianlly someone showed up to give us a room."

"The Riad was clean, warm and welcoming. In the old madina District via small alleys.
The staff were courteous,respectful and could not do enough for you.
Reduane was extremely accommodating. Even walked us to a nearby restaurant we struggled to find on google maps (you have to knock a closed unsigned door to gain aceess) .
Nothing was a chore and he was an absolute gentleman throughout our stay5 🌟 treatment.
Thank you once again for being amazing."
