"Overall the syay was fine. It was last minute as we chose to stay overnight in spokane to be closer to out very sick dog who was being treated at the pet emergency clinic. The beds were average but it worked for us. The staff was veey friendly and I witnessed great customer service from a staff member to an older gal who was likely seeking treatment down the road. "They over sold the property due to a large concert within walking distance. My family tried to check in 3 different times, and each time told almost ready almost ready. We checked our bags in and went to get lunch, still not ready when we got back. We got our luggage so we could change for the concert. The room was still not ready and we said we would not be back until 11:30/midnight. We were told no worries at all as long as we checked in by 2am. We get back to check to find out that they...

"This is a small hotel but convenient. The staff are friendly and the hotel was clean if just a little bit old it still felt well maintained and like it has care put into keeping it nice. I stay in Spokane for work and this is now one of my favorite places I've had to stay."
