"Beautiful hotel in a great location. The restaurant, lounges, and coffee shop were very good. Rooms are spacious, and the decor is very nice. My only complaint would be the carpet stains at the entry of the room. The original view we had was the roof for the valet and parking with the AC units, so we asked to be moved to a different room. Thus, I did not ask to be moved to another room sans carpet stains. We arrived about five hours too early to check in, left our bags, but were not texted or...

"Lovely older hotel with updated rooms. Very nice salon on the 2nd floor for relaxing and reading. Complimentary coffee and tea all day. Great location to downtown Spokane."

"Everything was great, staff was great, property clean etc…but I did not know they did not have a pool anymore as on some internet searches it shows they do, and I did assume which is on me, but I felt it was misleading and I will know for future reference, as the kids were disappointed."

"We were delighted to find a sparkling clean room that was large, light and airy. The only difficulty came with the linens. I’ve NEVER stayed in a hotel/mote that gave you one facecloth each, on hand towel each and one bath towel each for a 3 night stay. I have long hair and one flimsy (not big and fluffy) towel won’t dry my hair and my body. Surely, you can ask for more and they will be cheerfully given, but I’d prefer not having to ask."

"Friendly staff! Convenient coffee within hotel. The property is located in downtown and the homeless and people on the street can be quite scary at night. Be mindful that train tracks also go through very closely so can be loud. The room was not the cleanest, they barely touch it. I think they make the bed and put new towels and that’s it but they are spacious. One day, they did the room and forgot to do the bed."

"They don’t serve breakfast until 7am on the weekends, so if you have somewhere to be earlier than that, you won’t be getting breakfast here. But the staff was super friendly and the room was clean and comfy."
