"Great hotel. We walked to it from the train station and very close to city center. Hotel staff were EXTREMELY professional and service was top notch. Very thorough clean each day of our room. We ordered room service passed the cut-off one morning and an employee took it on himself to prepare a lovely spread for us and deliver it to our room. Spa facility is one of the best we've seen and a very cool swimming pool, photos don't do it justice! Thanks for the stay."

"Extremely convenient if you’re arriving or departing from Milano Centrale. There is an elevator which is important if you are traveling with heavy luggage. The rooms are very nice and there are so many amenities I didn’t get to take advantage of. The proximity to the metro station is very convenient. I will warn light sleepers that you may hear the trains. I never felt unsafe in the area and I would happily stay here again. "
