"Joan picked us up from the training station and showed us to our room. The room was huge, 3 king beds the shower and jacuzzi facility was good, cant beat the price for the size. Not all of the functions of the shower worked like the side shower but the main one worked. The jacuzzi also worked well. We did not experience the bugs and insect like the other patrons in the reviews, although the room did not have air conditioning during the evening with the windows open it was good, we only spent...

"A lovely and quaint spot in Aguas Calientes! Hot water 24/7, which is not always guaranteed in the town. Wonderfully comfortable beds, which is a must after a full day exploring or hiking Machu Picchu, heated rooms, and a very amiable staff. They also offer pick up service from the train station!
