"I am not one to leave negative reviews. But I need to inform others that you can get better accommodation for this price. The room had no airflow and we struggled to sleep. Due to the acclimatisation this needs to be highlighted. Already us visitors are challenged with acclimatising so the lack of airflow in this room was a major impact. I slept with the window open even though the nights were cold. Dinner here was not great. Go elsewhere. The dinner service was inattentive. I recommend Ofrenda...

"The staff were all so nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet was great. Rooms a bit outdated but clean. Best thing was the hotel brought our bags to the train station after our trip to Machu Picchu so we did not have to go back to the hotel and pick them on our way out of Aguas Calientes."
