The staff was excellent, friendly, accommodating and happy. There where a few minor issues when we arrived but they were soon addressed to my satisfaction. Comfy beds, hot shower, good wifi. Centrally located, a short walk from the train station and near dozens of restaurants, shops and bars. A good value.

The hotel had Netflix, nice helpful staff, and a good bathroom. The only challenge was it was easy to hear other people in hotel and those outside, which unfortunately were loud at like 2 or 4 am.

I would gladly give it 5 stars! The room was spotless. There was hot water and heat! The Lomo Saltado made by the hotel restaurant was amazing. The location was away from the city center. Overall, this hotel provided a great experience, and I look forward to returning.

Cozy and quiet spot in Aguas Calientes

Great stay, the rooms are comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very attentive. We were able to store our luggage at checkout for free while we visited Machu Piccu. I highly reccomend!

Great stay for 2 nights

The staff was very welcoming and hospitable for our two night stay. Assisted with giving ua information to get the bus tickets to Machupicchu. they also had breakfast ready for us VERY early in the morning to ensure we haf a good meal before our visit to MP. Overall great stay.

the girl at the front was nice. she offered a lot of help for machu picchu and aguas callientes. the hotel itself in any other city would be considered below average, but for aguas callientes it’s definitely a good one.

An excellent hotel located less than 10 minutes walk from plaza de Armas in a very lively area. Breakfast excellent! Rooms spacious and hot powerful shower which was a bonus. All staff friend and welcoming. We were able to store our luggage at checkout for free while we visited Machu Piccu. I highly reccomend!

Large Spacious Room

The room was large and spacious. The shower was excellent The receptionist (owner?) was very nice and friendly They were able to pack us a breakfast for an early start and stored our luggage The little road leading to the hotel looks a bit sad but other than that no complaints

Wonderful family run hotel

The staff was so incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home. The hotel was very well kept and clean. Breakfast was included. We had coffee, fresh fruit, avacados, pastries and bread, quinoa pancakes and eggs fresh cooked. The service was wonderful
