Not a pleasant experience

Many things were brocken in the room and in the bathroom. Air cond. very very very noisy. The room was wet. The bed was good and clean. The breakfast too succinct.

This is Ok for a one night stay. The staff was wonderful and the room was very clean. There was no hot water in the shower. Also the property was littered with cigarette butts.

Seemed to be short staffed. Staff that was there was very helpful, but the first 2 rooms that they tried to put us in had not been cleaned. I would not recommend this place

Lots of missed opportunities & potential

Staff didn’t want to be bothered with a customer at check in…. Room was very nasty and flooded, there was a lot of mold. We were changed a room not much better, but there didn’t seem to be any mold. Morning staff was much more friendly. Breakfast was not at all impressive. For a hotel with such amazing potential, the owner / manager doesn’t seem to want to reach for the top of the stairs, much less reach for the stars.

My Stay was Very Rejuvenating. I can honestly say that I was more comfortable during My stay at Super8 than My very Own Home. Maids were very attentive. They made sure as to not disturb my room whatsoever whilst cleaning it n changing Linen. The Jewel of This Treasure and The Very Cherry On Top of It All was Night Manager Shae. She knew what I needed begore I even Asked. I would make Stuff up just to yalk with Her. Thank You Shae.

I'm not trying to bash the property. I believe people are living there full time. The outside appearance is awful. Paint is peeling on all the doors and sidewalks. People stacked trash around the garbage cans and cigarette butts in the courtyard everywhere. The breakfast area was terrible. Very little food and they couldn't keep up with coffee. The (1) person at the front desk was also handling the breakfast area. Terrible idea. Had my family and I seen actual pictures of the property, we never would have stayed there. This was the 4th Super 8 that we stayed at in our 2 week vacation and ALL the other properties looked like palaces compared to this one. The one positive was the staff was fantastic.

This room was not clean - there was build of dust/dirt on the vent in the bathroom. Behind the bathroom door was dust and dirt. And also that behind the toilet seat could have been cleaner. Our first room - the door would not lock with the dead bolt. The door had to be pushed VERY hard to shut tightly but felt like it would break in half - then still the dead bolt would not lock. We asked for another room - when I arrived to the room, the door was wide open and all the lights were on. Returned to the desk and the staff seemed as confused as me. Finally the third room we were able to feel safe and lock the door.

This was the most DISGUSTING hotel I have ever stayed in. The parking lot was rutted, the exterior landscaping and facade were bleak and uninviting. A dour looking young woman sits behind a desk on a dirty carpet. She appeared to be the only person working at the hotel. Lack of personality seemed to fit right into the post-apocalyptic surroundings. My initial room sat at the back of the property. I had a good view of my truck. I was hesitant to close the curtain because what would happen when no one was watching? If that’s running through your mind, it’s probably not the best area. The bedroom itself was fine. It appeared to have been updated at some point. The bathroom, however, was an entirely different story. The sink and pedestal were half turned away from the wall and the back of it where the pipes were was covered in slime and dirt. The stopper levy was missing entirely. There was some sort of hardened goo on the floor. There was hair in the tub. The metal shelf on the wall was covered in rust spots. There was no toilet paper. Then, the smoke detector started chirping. That was the final straw. I packed all of my things and went right back to the lobby. I showed the girl the photos and demanded a manager contact me immediately. No one ever contacted me. They say you get what you pay for, and in this case, the low rate is literally telling you that there, you really will get what you pay for: absolute garbage.
