We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids 11&2) we stayed here 2 nights between our drive to Florida.
Check in was easy but once we got to our room it smelled like smoke and was a single king with pull out couch not the double queen I booked. The front desk lady informed me that all the double beds were taken and that they did their best to clean the smell. Since we were tired from the drive we kept the room.
After we checked out and continued our drive to Orlando I get a notification that my credit card was charged from this hotel. We call and were told that there was no notes on our account and would need to call back the next day to speak with the manager who knows what the charge is for. After waiting and calling back the manager who answered was the same gentleman that answered the previous call. He did not have an answer about why there wasn't any notes on our account about the smoke smell when we checked in just that nothing was going to change the fact that we were charged $250.

-tv has kid channels
-quiet at night.
Cons-
-breakfast is mediocre and cold. Has a multiple waffle makers but only had one out. Causing long wait for waffles as multiple families were making waffles. We could see the others in the kitchen area on a shelf.
-elevator smelled like vomit
