"The room and basically the entire place had a very strong paint odor which made me nauseous. Also, a lamp was burned out in the bedroom and I was told it would be replaced first thing in the morning, yet two mornings later it still hasn't been done. We were over charged $100 because we booked through Expedia. But at check-in I was told I would still receive a special advertised rate due to our specific destination in St. Louis, and that the overcharge would be credited back onto our debit card along with the deposit for the room, but we didn't receive any credit back and btw there were no damages to the room or incidentals incurred. We left the property cleaner than it was when we arrived. The complimentary breakfast area was filthy and nothing was there to eat at 730 am I would not recommend anyone stay here. The constant traffic in and out of the bldg was next to our room door so we heard the heavy outside door slam shut literally 3 to 10 times an hour all night. Very disappointed."

"We just needed a place to crash our heads but this was disgusting. Floor was sticky as you walked, room was stuffy and smelled, and there were holes in the ceiling. We survived but not at all worth the price. "

"Our room and the entire hotel were very clean. All staff were extremely helpful, polite and friendly. Pool wasn’t too cold and hot tub was great. The 530 kickback with free drinks was a compliment to our stay. Parking garage was also nice and clean. Only two minor complaints was the shower head leaked a bit so the pressure wasn’t great (we just dealt with it, wasn’t a super big deal) and I wish they had some gluten free pastry options with breakfast. Otherwise we were extremely happy with our stay in the two room suite. Beds were comfy as well. "

"Main door was jammed and other entrance remained propped open not the best secure feeling when you have children. The door for our room had to be pulled up on just to latch, the oull out bed had crumbs and who knows what else in it. The kitchen counter was fallin apart food was splattered on the wall. I mean really the list goes on. "

"The property is in a relatively secluded location nested in a business park, which is nice. We found the staff to be helpful and courteous. The rooms were outdated, and we had only a few sheets of toilet paper when we checked into our room, as well as only one trash can that was by the window. Should you need to dispose of anything from the bathroom, you have to walk it all the way out of the bathroom to the desk. The rooms have shared doorways for families, which presented two issues for us: the guest next door was up until 5am watching TV loudly and conversating, to which we could pretty much hear all of, and the guest was smoking in their room, which seeped through the shared door. We weren't particularly thrilled with smelling cigarette smoke throughout the night; after telling the front desk, they were friendly but said they would let the manager know in the morning. That unfortunately doesn't do a ton to help us during our one night stay, but again, I don't know what they personally would have done. It appeared the manager was standing and chatting at the checkout the next morning, and it may have been nice if they had spoken with us about the stay, but alas. This hotel could be solid with an update, attention to detail and some type of policy in place to ensure guests are taken care of. "
