Hotel is beautiful and restaurants met our needs perfectly. Clean, attractive, and spacious room. Bathroom was spotless and well-appointed. The round table and chairs were a great convenience. Beds exceptionally comfortable. Good lighting, lots of outlets and charging spots.
I am a happy customer, but do have just a couple of suggestions:
You might want to consider providing more than one luggage rack and add a few more hangers in the closet.
Heating fan in 2215 is still a little loud even on the lowest setting -- you might want to have it checked.
The duvet's warmth was absolutely perfect the first two nights, but on the third night the bed had been made up with fresh linens and for some reason it was so cold under the duvet that night, that after awhile, I got up and piled all my scarves, tees. and jackets over the duvet so I could finally get warm enough to sleep. It's a mystery -- the room temp hadn't changed from the first two nights. (Maybe the duvet had been laundered and was still damp?) Anyway.... my suggestion is that it would have been nice to have had an extra blanket or two available in the closet.
Nevertheless, it was a great stay and I would do it again. The shuttle service is wonderful -- the drivers and every one of your hotel staff were unfailingly welcoming and efficient. Thanks!
