The owners were super helpful in terms of their communication ahead of our booking, as well as in answering all of our questions in the build up. The cooked breakfast in the morning was amazing and we really appreciated their friendliness and their suggestions for things to do in the nearby area. The entire house was very well kept and we would highly recommend staying here - thank you!"

"It was good value for the money I paid. Booked 2 hours in advance online and checked-in without any hassles. Reception staffs I can say are extremely helpful and polite. Breakfast included with only £4.50 extra. Plenty of spaces for car parking. Room condition was decent considering the low price of stay. "

"Nice clean spacious room plenty of tea coffee hot chocolate and biscuits to have even dressing gowns if you forget yours we all slept amazing only down side was it was really cold in the night we turned heating up but it was still chilly so would advise to ask for extra blanket or take youre own. The staff were friendly and helpful - my wife thought she had lost a small bag containing 2 keys and the lady on reception went out of her way to look for them - in the event my wife found them at home. The hotel has an excellent position, close to the castle and the cathedral. "

"A really good back street pub, with a choice of local ales (Bateman's among others) decent music, nice beer garden/courtyard for Spring and Summer months and a generally, good vibe. The landlady was extremely friendly and accommodating - no problems checking in a little earlier. Parking permit provided too. Think it was ensuite - large bathroom adjacent to our room. Easy access when driving into Lincoln, but no more than a 10-15 minute (albeit uphill!) walk to the Cathedral, castle and...
