"What a treasure we found! Everything was fabulous especially the staff and the breakfast. The room was large and comfortable and we were even able to pay for parking on-site. I highly recommend this little gem."

"Walking in the first thing I notice was the rooms were extremely small. No biggie. But then a few major things like plumbing was backed up so shower water filled up the floor and same thing with the bathroom faucets.. the power outlets did not work so I couldn’t charge my phone which ended up being a major issue for my night out. One of the worst properties I have stayed at. To make matters worse there is no one to physically talk to for check in so it just made it all that much more difficult....

"Clean, comfortable stay with very friendly and helpful service, easy check in / out, and excellent location. Most helpfully, parking included in the stay, and the front desk let us even leave our car a couple hours after check out time, which was immensely helpful for our day! Nothing fancy, but everything we needed for a weekend and the convenient walkable location for us could not be beat. Would 10/10 stay here again when in SF!"

"1. It’s not a hotel, but a nice hostel. There were a few shared bathrooms and shower rooms for so many units on one floor. They are cleaning every day but still people are making those dirty so quickly. Some people didn’t even flush water. Some people didn’t wear clothes to go to restrooms. Such a hostel vibe. Just be aware of that 2. Space is very tight. One room is for one person. We were two unfortunately and there was not enough space to open our luggages. Definitely no place to sit and...

"No carafe in the guest rooms. So, bring your own water bottle for refill. Refill stations only on 2 floors. No coffee or tea in rooms. Parking is best at the Japan Center. Pay more and park at the hotel but don't forget to book the parking at the time of reservation to avoid full lot on the day of arrival."
