The restaurant served delicious food in a comfortable and welcoming environment. The swimming pool was clean and relaxing, while the parking area was spacious and convenient.

+ excellent service by friendly staff amd manager + complementary airport shuttle + room is clean, toiletries and coffee is provided + a/c and heater works well + big bathroom and water pressure is good + reasonable price and many eateries around. - corridor carpet could be cleaner as it has a pungent smell

everything was perfect except they should've give you the new password to their wifi, other than that everything was perfect

Borneo Tropical Rainforest Resort provided one of the highlights of my Sarawak stay. Breakfast and dinner were both included in my price, and both were incredibly tasty. The resort offers and train/boat ride through the property, which is beautiful and loads of fun. The waterpark has a couple of fun slides.
