"The staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel was within walking distance of many restaurants. The breakfast was good quality. I had hot water both days when I showered. There is no heat which is typical of hotels in Peru. The hotel did provide a really thick extra blanket."

"This hotel is located near the main plaza, yet in a quiet area. Everything was good, but the highlight of our stay was Gabriela at the front desk—she was truly the heart of this hotel. Kind, attentive, and always eager to help, she assisted us with everything we needed. The only downside was the breakfast buffet. "Realmente una atencion de primera, siempre atentos a tus necesidades, nos consiguieron los tours, nos guardaron las maletas, nunca me dijeron no a nada, habia una mesa para tomar cafe o mate siempre. Los empleados muy atentos y que se diga del dueño juan Carlos, lo mejor. Me senti en familia siempre!! Le doy 5 estrellas !!! Lo volveria a timar a ojos cerrados. Los precios incomparables!!!"
